• A Service Request notifies Samopal that you are interested in a specific service(s).   Please use the Service Request Form at the link below.

• If you do not see a vz. 58 or vz. 61 Skorpion service listed on the Service Request Form, there is space at the bottom of the form for you to enter a detailed request. 

• We will reply to your completed Service Request Form by the end of the following business day.

• Our reply will include approximate turnaround of service and a price quote on any requested services not listed on the form.
